We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Care Associate II to join our Customer Response Unit, where you'll play a vital role in facilitating, analyzing, and resolving customer issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. About the Role:

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Care Associate II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a company ambassador by delivering exceptional customer service in the contact center
  • Collaborating across teams to solve customer issues and provide product support
  • Building relationships with Guardian members and providers by ensuring their needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory fashion
  • Contributing to an ever-evolving work environment where everyone's ideas matter
  • Taking customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and/or services

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide product support and resolve complex customer issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with Guardian members and providers to ensure their needs are met
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma; Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Experience in a service-related industry, preferably in customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
