Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Work Process Frameworks team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing pivotal work process tooling at scale. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software through top-tier design experiences, efficient workflows, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop work process tooling at scale, empowering teams to deliver high-quality software through efficient workflows and data-driven insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify areas for growth, and create a culture of continuous innovation
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key data, identify trends, and inform business decisions
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions
• Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or technical project management
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality management
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs

Preferred Qualifications
