Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assisting customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Offering guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Required Skills
