Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and standards for customer service excellence

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year customer service experience, with a focus on dealing with customers via phone and in-person
  • Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment
  • Proficient in general computer operations, with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (for delivery purposes)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
