The Role

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative – Provider Relations and Recruitment, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining our network of legal providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with locating qualified legal providers for their specific needs
• Building and maintaining relationships with legal providers through outbound calling, email communications, and in-person meetings
• Researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources to expand our network of providers
• Validating legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies
• Managing a caseload of 25+ customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their cases
• Recruiting for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments
• Meeting or exceeding established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Compassionate and courteous communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple cases
• Ability to accurately retain and document large amounts of information
• A willing, "can-do" attitude, with a commitment to seeking out best solutions and outcomes for customers and providers
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role operates in a professional office environment, with routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. You'll be required to use your hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with your hands and arms. You'll also be frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
