Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will work independently, managing your own schedule and workload, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email

  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
  • Work independently, managing your own schedule and workload, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and workload, and maintain a high level of productivity and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Contact Center Professional (CCCP)
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including customers with disabilities
