Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust data pipeline, creating actionable dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive data pipeline to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain data models, including data warehousing and ETL processes
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive)
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with AI and machine learning techniques
