About the Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work with our global-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, agile shape. You'll also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from cloud transformation to cybersecurity, and contribute to the development of our next-generation retail platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies
- Tremendous mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What You'll Convey
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and self-improvement
