Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
