Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work opportunity. As a key member of our Pricing & Underwriting Analysis team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing pricing strategies, and communicating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data and prepare analytics, including pricing and financial models, leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL techniques, for opportunities obtained from pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, and/or healthcare consultants.

  • Utilize advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel to create and maintain advanced forecasting and underwriting models (e.g., developing a pivot table, developing Macros, using VLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH, SUMIFS, troubleshooting formula errors, and formula auditing).
  • Utilize intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, SAS, and SQL to query and analyze large and complex data sets (e.g., developing parameter and action queries, joining tables, developing cross-tab queries, and using Macros to provide user interaction and automate tasks).
  • Track, evaluate, report, and automate efforts to advise process upgrades to guide and enhance current pricing mechanisms.
  • Identify and solve pricing issues through acting analysis that involves retrieving and studying both internal data and data obtained from a third party.
  • Analyze data and units of data to become responsible for the results portrayed by that analysis.
  • Utilize standard operating procedures to analyze and respond to inquiries from internal business partners concerning pricing for various lines of business, including retail, specialty, immunizations, and clinics.
  • Provide compensation charge suggestions based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with business partners (at all levels of the organization) in various functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales.
  • Present pricing theory suggestions, data analysis, and financial models to management and leadership on a daily basis.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics, OR High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

  • Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics, and operational processes.
  • Strong fundamental questioning skills and experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and discover solutions. Ability to challenge results, address ambiguity, resolve issues, make decisions, see trends/patterns within data sets, and understand root causes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to provide information to executives and leaders within the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-project concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines with a high-quality product.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting high-quality standards.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and template colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format and/or formatting font).
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling).
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and out of the country).
