Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into various systems and databases, reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and managing a high volume of data entry tasks. You'll work closely with our team to support data management projects and ensure that our data entry processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into various systems and databases, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed.
  • Manage a high volume of data entry tasks, meeting daily and weekly quotas.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company records and reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support data management projects.
  • Follow arenaflex data entry protocols and confidentiality guidelines to protect sensitive information.

Requirements

* No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or higher in a related field.

  • Experience with data entry software and systems.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's data entry protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
