What You'll Do
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, as well as offering additional products and services to meet our customers' evolving needs. You'll also be expected to:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, using a call flow guide to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Offer expert advice and guidance to customers, using your technical expertise to resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer relationships
- Technical support experience preferred, but not required
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
