Job Summary

As the Supervisor | Customer Service at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they meet performance standards and adhere to company policies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Requirements

* Proven experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role and at least 1 year in a supervisory position

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure, maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience

Educational Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, with additional certifications in customer service or management a plus

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Experience

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position

  • Experience managing a remote team is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
