Job Summary
As a Full Stack Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business partners, to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
* 40% Strategy & Planning: + Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional user experiences. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. + Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. + Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans. + Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
- 30% Delivery & Execution:
+ Lead the development and execution of product development plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. + Collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners to ensure that products meet the evolving needs of our customers. + Conduct regular product reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. + Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes. + Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet quality and reliability standards.
- 30% People:
+ Lead and mentor product managers, engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. + Develop and maintain a high-performing team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. + Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to ensure that team members are aligned with company goals and objectives. + Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement training programs, career development plans, and performance management processes.
Essential Qualifications
* 6-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience and business growth.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that drive business results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to product management, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
