Job Description

We are seeking a Research and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support our clients' business needs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant data from various sources, including but not limited to: + Online databases and resources + Industry reports and publications + Client-provided data and information

• Enter and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases, ensuring data quality and integrity through regular verification and validation
• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data, using data visualization tools and techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, including but not limited to:

+ Data analysts and scientists + Business development and sales teams + Client-facing teams

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data entry and research, attending webinars and workshops as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and research, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

• Proficiency in data entry and data analysis, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software + Data visualization tools and techniques + Data management software and systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality and integrity
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to extract information from various sources and present findings in a clear and concise manner
