Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Remote Payments Operations

About this role:
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of arenaflex's Customer Support Payments Operations team, reporting to the Chief Operating Office Operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Support a wide range of financial products and services, including payments, deposits, and loans
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer support experiences and provide insights to solve internal and external customer problems
- Perform complex customer service tasks, including resolving issues, answering questions, and providing education on regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, as well as internal and external clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure exceptional customer support
Required Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, education, military experience, or training
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple PC systems, applications, and search tools to find information
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
- Knowledge and experience of international and domestic wire transfers processing
- Knowledge and experience of financial services or call center environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
- Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ability to follow regulations, procedures, and policies
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to handle a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish/English (desired)
