Job Summary
As a Remote Webchat Dealer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates, and product concerns/inquiries. You'll also be expected to promote sales and lead captures for our clients by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth for our dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process, including answering questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions
- Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer and enhance their buying experience
- Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates, and product concerns/inquiries
- Promote sales and lead captures for our clients by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions
- Be a goodwill ambassador for arenaflex by providing courteous treatment to all customers
- Work collaboratively with our dealerships to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Schedule/Shift
We're offering three overnight 3rd shift openings and two 1st & 2nd shift openings for this role. As a Remote Webchat Dealer Support Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and choose a schedule that suits your needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of vehicle sales processes and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and dealerships
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
