Job Summary

We're seeking a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers through live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a fully REMOTE role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer live chats from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the shipping or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of shipping container sales and operations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English is the primary language, but proficiency in other languages is a plus)
