Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving our IT transformation and contributing to our mission of making innovation an advantage for the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from software development to business analysis, data analysis, and technical support. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering PC software development, business analysis, data analysis, and technical support for IT projects in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis St. Paul, MN
- Support a variety of IT projects in a Business Analyst, Designer, Systems Specialist, or Data Scientist/BI type role, which includes gathering requirements for development, design, and testing of choice software systems or participation in the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure components
- Conduct data analysis to create performance dashboards and service level agreements with other products
- Work with designers to use various strategies and technologies such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, React, Agile/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++ on Linux, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, Prophet, and developing mobile technologies
- Participate in non-technical roles as needed
What You Need to Succeed (Essential Qualifications)
* Work from the Atlanta or MSP office (as determined after the interview)
- Most teams work a hybrid on-site/remote work schedule with management approval
- Have a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 3 years in a college program
- Degree emphasis should be in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems/Computer/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analysis/Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ideal candidates have strong scientific, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills and a good work ethic
- Have the ability to accept diverse individuals, thinking, and styles and prioritize the safety and security of self and others
- Have a passion for solving complex problems and contributing to overcoming obstacles
- Have an awareness of cloud technology, Software Development Lifecycles, and computer hardware components or support
- Be able to act in a mature way and be comfortable working in a business casual work attire environment
- Be interested in working for arenaflex after graduation if given a regular offer for employment opportunity

- Have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
