Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our sales database management team, you'll be responsible for updating our sales database with accurate and timely information. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Keying, scanning, and transcribing a high volume of data from various sources into our computer database
• Researching, analyzing, and sorting information as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Reviewing data being entered from source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigating discrepancies, filling gaps in incomplete records, and resolving other problems
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our sales database
• Collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless data entry and management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent Typing Skills: A minimum of 60 words per minute typing speed, with a 10-key alphanumeric speed test
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn other computer applications
• Familiarity with Office Equipment: Knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and dictation machines
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions, provide feedback, and rectify problems
• High School Diploma/GED: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles
