Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through live chat interactions on social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their queries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts. With a focus on online communication, you will work exclusively with customers using tools like Facebook Messenger, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
