Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) during the night shift hours. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and service.

Issue Resolution:

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. You'll be the problem-solver, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and turn customer complaints into positive experiences.

Product Knowledge:

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. You'll be the record-keeper, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible for future reference.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You'll be the team player, working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our clients receive a cohesive and exceptional experience.
