Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a Remote Customer Experience Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Outstanding Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries across email, chat, and phone with a caring, professional tone, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.
- Manage Transportation, Accommodations, Insurance, and Other Travel Services: Use your expertise to tailor travel experiences to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Promote Travel Packages: Utilize promotional materials and strategies to market tours, itineraries, and deals, highlighting special offers and discounts to boost customer value.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Identify, address, and solve customer problems, escalating complex cases as needed, and providing accurate, complete information using the right methods and tools.

Qualifications
