Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails, addressing customer questions, requests, and issues
  • Consulting on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage our products/services based on their unique needs
  • Maintaining working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic
  • Tracking interactions in CRM, recording customers' interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of our products/services and industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success software
