Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the US. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing professional phone assistance to members and providers, maintaining accurate documentation, and transferring clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists. Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional phone assistance to members and providers through our criteria-based prior authorization process
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials
- Transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position
- Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience
- Pharmacy Technician certification at a State or National level
- Experience working in a healthcare or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
