Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to our products and services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and ensure that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Quickly and accurately assess the urgency of customer requests and prioritize accordingly
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints involving confidential and financial information
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and other arenaflex departments and vendors
  • Provide feedback to the bank about the usability of our services based on customer interactions
  • Perform general clerical duties, including operating various departmental equipment, filing, answering phones, taking messages, and handling detail work

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role
  • Previous contact center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with banking products and services
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
