Weekdays (5 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday) and weekends (10 AM - 8 PM, Saturday and/or Sunday)

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, and assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required.
