Key Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of client and booking information in our CRM and booking systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems
- Ensuring all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards
- Handling sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements
- Providing personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences
- Coordinating itineraries and ensuring all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations
- Confirming bookings and sending detailed itineraries to clients
- Staying updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations
- Offering insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system
- Processing payments and handling invoicing as needed
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry
