Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Performing outbound calls with existing customers to resolve issues, provide updates, and promote services
- Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve queries
- Utilizing strong communication skills to empathize with customers, prioritize their needs, and provide solutions
- Multi-tasking to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications

- Contact Center background preferred: Experience in a contact center environment is beneficial, but not required.
