Job Description
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
- Utilizing knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
