Job Summary

We're seeking experienced online chat support specialists to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through live chat, social media, and other digital channels. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on business websites, social media, and other digital channels

  • Provide accurate and timely support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Offer sales links, discounts, and other promotions to customers as needed
  • Process customer orders and resolve simple problems
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Follow instructions and work independently to meet performance targets
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other digital tools to manage customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or online support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., Squarespace, social media)
  • Reliable internet connection and device (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop) for work purposes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital tools
