Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our clients' satisfaction and loyalty. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • One year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Own PC and high-speed Internet service (will be tested as part of the application process)
  • Desktop PC preferred (Windows 8.1 or higher, OSX 10.13+ or later)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
  • Telephone (landline or cell) required based on the position offered
  • Strong computer/Internet skills, comfortable operating in multiple applications simultaneously
  • Typing test will be part of the application process

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Experience with scripting and process improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
