Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our external games group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding and managing a shared D&I strategic vision for external games, inspiring the outside games group to integrate the D&I strategic vision as an essential part of our game sourcing, development, and design framework. You will work with game groups to help their inclusive design needs, oversee daily operations of all programs related to the initiative, and control a small group of project managers and producers with a focus on accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Expand and manage a shared D&I strategic vision for external games, including exceptional practices, programs, desires, and price range

• Inspire the outside games group to integrate the D&I strategic vision as an essential part of our game sourcing, development, and design framework
• Partner with the outside games crew to ensure diversity is an essential part of our game sourcing, development, and design framework
• Work with game groups to help their inclusive design needs
• Work with the production Director and VP, external games to create a clear games business impact method to define how we will effectively serve the industry as well as aid and extend underrepresented expertise
• Oversee daily operations of all programs related to the initiative, applying structured methodology to guide change control activities
• Control a small group of project managers and producers with a focus on accessibility

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in game diversity, inclusion, and accessibility

• Experience in game development environments across mobile and PC
• Enjoy and knowledge in inclusive game development, particularly implementing high-level method into successful programs that drive change
• Enjoy planning and leading programs from a game manufacturing perspective to help drive change in our games portfolio
• Expertise of the landscape and new inclusion, accessibility, and representation trends in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry
• An uncanny knack for arriving at answers through unconventional strategies and growing a plan to put them into motion
• Obsessed on playing and developing games

Skills and Competencies

* Strong understanding of game development environments, including mobile and PC

• Experience with inclusive game development, including implementing high-level method into successful programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships to promote results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to arrive at answers through unconventional strategies
