Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication related to arenaflex's loan services
• Providing accurate information to clients and prospective customers regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures
• Assisting with loan applications, guiding clients through the process, and explaining necessary documentation and next steps
• Problem-solving, assisting clients with issues or concerns regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions
• Following up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Documenting client interactions, accurately recording customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system
• Collaborating with loan officers and teams to provide seamless customer service and escalate complex issues
• Maintaining product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations
• Adhering to compliance standards, ensuring all client interactions and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes clearly
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve them efficiently
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and recording customer inquiries and interactions
• Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering excellent service and helping clients achieve their financial goals

Additional Skills

* Familiarity with loan products (home loans, personal loans, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
