Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our live chat platform. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with accurate and helpful information. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through our live chat platform in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products, services, discounts, and refund policies
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer queries
- Provide customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Continuously improve our live chat support services by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
Requirements
* A device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop, that can access social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability of 20+ hours per week
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
