Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, including staying up-to-date on new features and releases
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer service experience

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues and concerns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a live chat or customer service role

  • Familiarity with our products and services (although not necessary, it's a plus)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Location and Schedule

You'll be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
