Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers in real-time through live chat across various platforms, addressing inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, and services. -

Problem Resolution:

Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. -

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of arenaflex's insurance offerings, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, in order to offer accurate information and guidance to customers. -

Sales Support:

Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant products based on the customer's needs while adhering to company sales guidelines and practices. -

Record Keeping:

Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather insights and feedback from customers to relay to management for service improvement initiatives. -

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues worldwide to foster a collaborative environment, sharing best practices and supporting team goals. -

Continuous Learning:

Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and stay informed about industry trends and product updates. -

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required. -

Experience:

None required; however, previous customer service experience is a plus. -
