The Opportunity
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to work at your own pace. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls in English and Spanish, resolving issues and providing personalized support
- Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while maintaining a high-paced call volume
- Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Report to an assigned supervisor
- Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
System Requirements
* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, operating on Windows 10 and not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option
- Provide standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or bundled service from your internet provider
Training Schedule
* Your arenaflex career begins with a paid (5) week training period where full attendance and participation are required through the duration of the training
- Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
