Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless conveyance of critical information to our clients, driving navigation, and facilitating specific activities. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a liaison between clients and our team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts
- Guarantee the conveyance of significant knowledge to every client's security or functional conditions to drive navigation and particular activity
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior management and technical teams
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a threat intelligence or digital protection environment
- Strong understanding of CTI procedures and application ideas, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
- Ability to correspond raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take on complex, ambiguous topics and drive solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
- Strong understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
- Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including senior management
- US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

* Competitive salary range: $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + value + benefits
