Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Online Community Moderator – Forum Chats and Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring forum threads and enforcing community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members
- Facilitating discussions and providing support to community members via live chat on our websites and social media accounts
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies

What You'll Be Doing:
As a live chat moderator, you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective support, while also promoting arenaflex's products and services.
Contract Length and Rate:
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
Skills and Background:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- A reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in customer support or community management is a plus
