Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with website visitors and responding to their queries in a prompt and helpful manner
- Providing exceptional customer service experiences that exceed our clients' expectations
- Handling multiple incoming requests at once, maintaining a calm demeanor, and a positive attitude even under pressure
- Interacting with customers in real-time, making a meaningful impact on their experience with our company and clients
- Working independently, closely following provided steps and instructions, and utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
