Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting our accounting team by performing a range of tasks related to financial document management and data analysis. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare review engagement working paper files

  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all financial documents
  • Automate bank reconciliation, focusing on collection processes and troubleshooting unbalanced branch deposits
  • Prepare weekly cash inflow forecasts and assist in cash flow forecasting
  • Resolve client billing issues and provide weekly updates to the operations team on accounts receivable delinquency
  • Perform month-end accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Analyze customer and product/course sales trends
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant

Qualifications

* No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred
  • Basic understanding of financial documents and accounting principles is a plus
