As a Data Entry Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our medical bill review auditors to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately entering data and reviewing medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a small team. You will have the opportunity to work in a relaxed, yet upbeat, work environment with a jeans professional dress code.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data and review medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines

  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in data entry
  • Collaborate with medical bill review auditors to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet production and accuracy performance metrics
  • Work independently while being part of a small team

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma required, college preferred

  • Strong data entry/computer skills required
  • Desire to work in an office environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a small team

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC)

  • Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
