You'll work closely with our team to develop and refine our support strategy, ensuring that our merchants receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via live chat, email, or phone, resolving any issues or concerns they may have

  • Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert-level support
  • Gather and summarize product feedback from merchants, suggesting new ways to improve our app
  • Perform non-customer support tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and refine our customer support processes and strategies

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for helping others and resolving problems
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions (although we have very few of those!)
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level
  • Basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript, with a willingness to learn more if needed
  • Ability to write technical documentation and articles
  • Willingness to perform non-customer support tasks and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm)

Nice to Have:

* Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
  • Proficiency in additional languages, especially French, Spanish, or Italian
  • Any other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more
