The Role

As a Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in a professional and courteous manner
• Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
• Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team to resolve them
• Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

What We're Looking For

* Passion: We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about our mission and values, and who's excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

• Experience: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support, with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Aptitude for Learning: We'll provide you with the training you need to succeed, but we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Technical Savviness: You should be comfortable with technology and have a basic understanding of coding concepts (although coding knowledge is not required).

What You'll Need

* A reliable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s)

• A computer that can reliably connect to the web
• Strong fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
• Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (a plus, but not required)
• Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
