Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, reproducing bugs and writing up problems for our development team, and reporting on feedback and usability issues. This is a part-time role, requiring only 1 hour of work per day, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues

  • Reproduce bugs and write up problems for the development team to address, helping to improve the overall quality of our product
  • Report on feedback and usability issues, providing valuable insights to inform product development and improvement
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with web applications and software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support
  • Availability to work 1 hour per day, 5 days a week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
