Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on a range of arenaflex products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and a knack for problem-solving. You will be working independently, managing your time effectively, and providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
