The Role

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is positive, efficient, and effective. Your primary tasks will involve:

  • Supervising and leading a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they're equipped to handle complex customer inquiries and issues
  • Handling customer inquiries and retail store support through email, live chat, and social media platforms, including Facebook Messenger
  • Responding to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts, addressing customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer support specialists
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:
