Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Work from Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our millions of plan members, assisting them with their pharmacy benefit plans, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two calls are ever the same. You will receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries, and you will have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our plan members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Take inbound calls and respond to emails and chats, providing accurate and timely information to our customers
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
