Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and upselling/cross-selling our products and services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Upsell/cross-sell arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or sales environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
